Regarding PayPal Recurring Donation:

If you select one of the "recurring donation" options, you will be registering to make a credit card donation of either $10 or $25 every month for one year. After one year donations will no longer be charged to your account unless you sign up again for the program. For example, if you choose to make a recurring monthly donation of $10.00, your next donation of $10.00 will be automatically charged to your account one month from today.

You will receive an email receipt for each recurring donation. Of course, you will also be able to cancel your recurring donation at any point in the future.
